Fibre Cleaning NZ is committed to giving the best possible customer service that it can.
To this end we will make all attempts to:

• Organize your demonstrations for a date and time to suit both parties.
• Have stock on hand to fill your requirements (or will deliver to the host/hostess at no further cost).
• Phone/Fax/Email/Web orders that are in by 5pm on any given working day, will be dispatched the following day, the exception being Fridays and gazetted public holidays, these orders will be dispatched on a Monday or the first following working day.
• Answer your questions/queries promptly.
   

SHIPPING
We will ship product to you anywhere within New Zealand ONLY.
This is a free service if your order is valued at $175 or more.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us, which is why the information you provide us will be handled securely and sensitively with the utmost regard for your privacy. We will also limit the collection and use of consumer information to the minimum we require in order for us to carry out our business and provide you with the level of service you deserve.
